Hello to everyone,
I' ve published my book of poems "Chemotherapeutical Nightmares" translated from the Italian edition "InKubi Kemioterapici" 
by an english friend of mine Helena Lex.
I'd like to know what can I do to promote my book abroad, expecially in USA and england. I sent it to some poetry magazine but I don't know if they'll read or they'll promote my book.
I'm sorry for my bad english but i hope you'll understand me.
